8:00 am: US 70 Park Gate Unlocked

 

 Noon: Camps Lapihio and Crabtree Cabins Become Available for Check-in

 

1:00 – 5:00 pm: Race Registration at Race Headquarters; Parking Assigned

 

5:00 pm: Race Briefing at Race Headquarters

 

6:00 pm: Spaghetti Dinner at Race Headquarters

 

8:00 pm: US 70 Park Gate Locked for the Night

 

Saturday, April 2:

 

4:45 am: US 70 Park Gate Unlocked

 

5:00 am: Late Race-Registration Begins at Race Headquarters

               Drop Bags for AS #2 Delivered to Headquarters Begins

               Breakfast for Runners Begins at Race Headquarters

                                 

 5:40 am: AS#2 Drop Bags Leave Headquarters

 6:00 am: Race Start at Race Headquarters

 

6:05 am: Breakfast for Crew at Race Headquarters

 

6:11 am: Moon Rises - 1% Illuminated   

 

 6:15 am: Crew Briefing (Voluntary at Headquarters)

 

6:34 am: Begin Civil Twilight

 

 6:00 pm: Pacers Permitted or at the Beginning of Runner’s Lap Five

 

7:00 pm: Runner-Designated Drop-Bags Delivered from AS #2 to Headquarters

 

7:04 pm: Moon Sets (No moon tonight!)

 

8:03 pm: End Civil Twilight

 

8:00 pm: US 70 Park Gate Locked (Unlocked Hourly, on the Hour, Thereafter)

 

Sunday, April 3:

 

6:00 am: One Day Buckles End - Start Finisher Buckles

 

6:33 am: Begin Civil Twilight

 

 8:00 am: Runner Cut-off at Start-Finish, if Loop Eight not Started

US 70 Park Gate Unlocked

               End Crew/Runner Parking at Pilgrim Presbyterian Church

      

 10:30 am: All Remaining AS #2 Drop-Bags Delivered to Headquarters

 

Noon: Race Officially Ends

 

1:00 pm: Check Out of (Cleaned) Cabins
