The 2010 Umstead 100 will be run, starting at 6 AM, Saturday, March 27 and will finish at noon, Sunday, March 28. We will need volunteers for various activities from Thursday, March 25 through Monday, March 29.  Please check which of the activities you would like to help with.  Rank order, if more than one, and give time preference in the comment box below. There will be a Friday night spaghetti dinner for runners, crew and volunteers at 6 PM at Race Hqs. in Camp Lapihio, Umstead Park. Please come if you can.
